The new course covers changes introduced to Food Labelling requirements by the 2011 European Directive on the provision of food information. It explains the transitional arrangements on the new rules. These new requirements will have a major impact on the information provided on food labels for consumers. The course is designed to provide candidates with the knowledge of the changes to help food manufacturers prepare for and comply with the law.
