3 day in-house training course.

Learn how to embed continual improvement at the heart of your organization through management systems for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Identify the structure and requirements of an effective management system, and what this means for you. Gain a thorough understanding of the history and development of the standards, key terms, definitions, and the ISO standardized high level structure. You’ll learn to interpret and apply the key concepts and principles of the standards to existing processes within your organization.

On day 1, you will learn about:

  • What is a Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (QMS, EMS and OH&S MS)
  • Why QMS, EMS and OH&S MS are important to an organization
  • The background of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, their intended outcomes and benefits
  • The terms and definitions used
  • The key concepts and structure of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, including similarities between the standards
  • Applying the Process Approach of management systems
  • How the PDCA approach is incorporated within the management system standards, introducing links to clauses
  • Identifying the organizations risks against the requirements of the High Level Structure
  • The main requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

On days 2 and 3, you will learn about:

  • The guidelines of management system auditing according to ISO 19011
  • The application of these guidelines to auditing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
  • You will learn the skills to:
  • Initiate the audit
  • Prepare audit activities
  • Conduct audit activities
  • Prepare and distribute the audit report
  • Complete the audit
  • Audit follow up
