Lorators is pleased to launch a new course in collaboration with Assent Risk Management – ISO 45003 – Psychological Health and Safety at Work Awareness.
The course is designed to provide an overview of the Psychological Health & Safety standard, which is part of the 45000 series of Occupational Health & Safety Standards and highlights the many aspects of working life that can have an impact on workers’ mental health and wellbeing, and how a management system can help to reduce and control risks and negative impacts.
The standard outlines the requirements for a Psychological Health & Safety at Work Management System, including conducting adequate risk assessments, ensuring equality, inclusion of all individuals and their needs, and competence in actions to address risks.
